Stuck in the middle. All of the drama between 90 Day Fiancé star Eric Rosenbrook, his wife Leida Margaretha and his daughter Tasha Rosenbrook is still continuing even after the cameras stopped rolling. As In Touch previously reported, Tasha, 20, lawyered up and is planning to take legal action against her “step monster” Leida, 29, fighting back against the four-year restraining order that a judge granted for Leida against Tasha. Now, in an exclusive interview with In Touch, Eric, 40, is breaking his silence and telling his side of the story. Scroll through the gallery to find out more about Eric’s family drama.
“Leida had a major anxiety attack when Tasha started talking about responding to our olive branch. The way she said it in her announcement implied she wasn’t going to respond positively about it,” Eric said, referencing the public apology that Leida wrote for Tasha back in January.
“This put Leida in another anxiety situation and caused her serious health issues,” Eric explained. “Couldn’t eat. Couldn’t drink. Anything she did eat or drink would come right back up due to the fear of receiving death threats again.”
“While I disagreed with the restraining order, I did agree and feel that maybe it was the only option at this time as Leida needs to be free of the hate mail and death threats in order for her to recover from some of the things that have been afflicting her since all this started during the show,” Eric revealed.
“Tasha’s own behavior during the hearing was the primary driving factor in the judge granting the restraining order,” Eric said. “Jan has apparently claimed that Tasha got railroaded, but in fact, her attitude, words and expressions in the courtroom was the determining factor in the [four] years being granted.”
“I have also received word that the judge has been received harassment from her fans,” Eric added. “Whether this is true or not, I haven’t confirmed, but was suspect in the recent denial for relief from the order by the judge.”
