She’s fighting back. In February, 90 Day Fiancéstar Leida Margaretha was granted a four-year restraining order against her husband Eric Rosenbrook‘s daughter Tasha Rosenbrookand now, Tasha is lawyering up. The 20-year-old confirmed to In Touch that she is using the money that her roommate raised for her on GoFundMe to obtain a lawyer in order to fight the restraining order placed against her by her dad’s wife. Tasha and her stepmother — or “stepmonster,” as Tasha has referred to her in the past — have had quite the tumultuous relationship.

On February 8, their onscreen and social media drama spilled over into real life when a judge granted Leida, 29, with a four-year restraining order against Tasha during a court hearing.

According to Us Weekly, Tasha was ordered to stay away from Leida and Tasha also cannot say anything on social media that could antagonize Leida. The injunction does not apply to Tasha’s father, Eric, who can see Tasha whenever he wants.
Even though the GoFundMe didn’t exactly explain why Tasha needed the money, the goal was set at $3,000 and the description hinted that the fund would help Tasha “untangle” herself from the 90 Day Fiancé drama.

“For those of you that have followed Tasha’s journey, you understand the hardships she has faced,” the description read.

Jan described Tasha as a “fun-loving” and “hardworking” student with goals who signed up for the show not knowing that it would stir up so much drama in her life.

“Tasha needs your help to return to her integrity, good name and securing any future endeavors that lack of integrity and a good name may hinder her from reaching her goals,” her roommate wrote.

Jan also said that the current situation that Tasha is in “isn’t something that she can just delete, block, take with a grain of salt or brush off and walk away from.”

“We’re hoping that these donations will help untangle Tasha from the 90 Day Fiancé fiasco,” the description concluded.

But now that the GoFundMe has ended, raising $1,200, Jan finally revealed how Tasha will be spending that money.

“Tasha has used the money from her GoFundMe and retained an attorney to fight the [four] year restraining order that the judge granted Leida,” 90 Day Fiancé blogger John Yates wrote on Instagram.

In a statement to In Touch, Tasha confirmed that it’s true.

Jan shared proof that Tasha paid a lawyer’s retainer fee with the funds on her own Instagram page. “[Finally] it is in the public records,” she wrote in the caption. “Now [we] wait for the court date.”
