She’s back on the dating scene! 90 Day Fiancé star Darcey Silva revealed that she’s “single and ready to mingle” in a since-deleted Instagram post, confirming that she called it quits with her British beau, Tom Brooks. The TLC alum posted a new selfie on Tuesday, October 29, and a message about her relationship status after weeks of fan speculation.

“Done with the past,” Darcey, 45, captioned her now-deleted photo. “Excited for what the future holds! I’m ready for a sexy and manly Aussie! Let’s go down under. Will always keep my heart open to life and real love,” she wrote with a red heart emoji.

Split rumors have been swirling around the former flames after viewers saw their struggles as a couple during season 3 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Darcey and Tom had a lot of history together, as she met him four years ago when she was still with Jesse Meester. After she and Jesse split, Darcey and Tom grew closer and their friendship turned into a romance.

As time passed, Darcey expressed how she hoped he would eventually pop the question. He didn’t end up proposing, but Tom did give her a key to his home in Nottingham to show he was serious about their connection. Even though they had some good times, cracks started showing in their relationship and Tom revealed that he wanted to be single on the season finale.

Tom confirmed that he wasn’t trying to pursue another woman, but he gave Darcey the freedom to move forward with another man if she did spark a connection with a new suitor. “I feel like he’s throwing it all away,” Darcey vented on the show.

“I don’t know why he doesn’t want to make it work. It just hurts my heart. I don’t know what I did for him not to love me.”

During an interview in October, Darcey hinted that things didn’t work out with Tom, but she appeared to be thankful for the experience, nonetheless. “I will always follow my heart and, you know what, I’m grateful,” the reality star told Entertainment Tonight. “I’m grateful for the energy that I bring to relationships and opening my heart. It’s a positive thing in my end, so, we’ll see what happens.”

Darcey and her ex Tom both have their Instagram pages on private at the moment, but he did share a cryptic message in October which seemed to be about their split.

“Never blame anyone in life. The good people give you happiness. The worst people give you a lesson. The best people give you memories,” he wrote. “Blaming others takes time and energy from improving yourself.”
