’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Nicole Says Azan Is Not the Reason She’s Struggling With Weight Loss

“A lot of people seem to think that Azan is the reason I am struggling with my weight loss journey and that’s not true,” Nicole wrote in a lengthy statement on her Instagram Story.

“Azan has been super support in my dream me and knows how I struggle with it,” she continued. “He knows how many times I’ve tried and tried again to keep myself consistent.”

“He’s never discouraging and he never talks down my efforts even if it means starting all over,” she continued.

“No matter how many times I restart he is always telling me how he believes in me and knows I can do it,” she wrote.

Nicole explained that fans thought she had hinted that Azan was the reason why she struggles with weight loss because she shared a photo of him right after her message about her battle.

“I see how posting that one photo after talking about my struggles seemed to point that way but honestly I thought it was a really good post,” she explained.”

Nicole went on to reveal that she knows a lot of people who get easily discouraged on their weight loss journeys because of criticism from family or friends.

“I just want to remind everyone to be kind to someone on their weight loss journey, especially if they are trying so much to be consistent,” Nicole wrote. “It’s hard.”

She also addressed the speculation that she’s only losing weight because Azan wants her to.

“All this crazy health stuff, I’m doing it for ME! Myself first,” Nicole wrote. “And of course to be on earth as long as I can with my daughter.”

Nicole and Azan were first introduced to fans on Season 4 of the hit TLC reality TV series.

Azan was extremely candid about his first impression of Nicole’s size on the show when they met for the first time.

He’s also been very vocal about wanting Nicole to be more active and to eat healthier food.

But even though Nicole is struggling to lose weight, she doesn’t seem like she’s ready to give up yet.
