The actress, 21, showed off her tattoo with the words “Let It Be” above her ankle as she hosted the Herve Leger by Max Azria Celebration at LIVE! On Sunset in LA on May 6. “I wanted a tattoo, and you only live once. Someone came to my house, and my Mom and I did it together with a few of our friends,” Hilary explained. And what was the inspiration for her ink? “I have a hectic, crazy life," the starlet says. Things are crazy all around me, and I get stressed out. It’s like, I’m just one little person, let it be. And that’s what it is!”
