That ’70s Show alum Danny Masterson was charged with three counts of sexual assault on Wednesday, June 17, according to docs obtained by In Touch. The cases are regarding separate incidents that allegedly happened from 2001-2003, and began being investigated in 2017. Despite years of accusations, his wife, Bijou Phillips, has stuck by his side.

Though the actress and singer has yet to respond to allegations, Phillips recently deleted her Instagram account — though it’s not clear if that was before or after her husband was charged. According to Masterson’s criminal attorney Tom Mersereau, “Mr. Masterson and his wife are in complete shock considering that these nearly 20-year-old allegations are suddenly resulting in charges being filed, but they and their family are comforted knowing that ultimately the truth will come out.”
