She may be shy in front of the camera, but Bella Thorne‘s new girlfriend seems to be plenty comfortable behind it! On Sunday, October 6, the actress’s new boo made her Instagram debut, and it didn’t take long for fans to identify her even though her face wasn’t actually in the picture. By the next day, fans had discovered Alex Martini and her own Instagram page, and they were more than happy to share some love with her in the comments of her posts. Bella’s boyfriend, Benjamin Mascolo, also shared some love for the couple.

“She’s very cute. ✨💫 First girl I have dated that’s camera shy, 😂” Bella, 21, captioned her first photos of her and her lady. In the comments, Benjamin, 26, agreed, writing, “You girls are cute.” Though the Disney Channel alum’s polyamorous relationship may be complicated to some, the trio has clearly figured out what works for them. “See [you] soon, baby,” the soon-to-be 22-year-old wrote back. The new couple didn’t just get love from Ben, though. Bella’s ex Tana Mongeau also had compliments to share, and so did the star’s sister, Dani Thorne. “Yes, Martini!” Tana, 21, commented. Dani, 26, chimed in, “Awww. This is so sweet.”

Though Alex, 29, hasn’t yet shared any photos of her new girlfriend on Instagram, her profile does give fans a look into what her life is like. The tattooed beauty has worked as a set production assistant on movies and TV shows like GLOW, Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Grease Live! In a September 2019 post, she posed with a friend as she revealed she was starting a new project. “Day 1, movie 4 with my best friend,” she wrote. “Sixteen hour days are painless when you’re surrounded by family. I love you, Sloth. Here we go again. #thelittlethings”

When she posed with another friend, cinematographer Hunter Moreno, she might’ve even given fans a hint about how she and Bella met. “72 hours? Days? later, we did it, #wrapped” Alex captioned a shot of the two of them celebrating the end of a new project. Hunter, 24, is close friends with Bella — and with Tana, their shared ex. The cinematographer is the one who linked Tana and Bella up, and fans suspect that he may have done the same for Alex and Bella. Though the Famous In Love star didn’t comment anything explicitly about their friendship on the photo, she did have something to say. “I love this pic of [you],” she wrote. “So sexy.”

In addition to her work, Alex is also seriously into body ink. In September, she showed off a piece that covers her whole back. “Ouch. 4 sessions down. 1 more to go and finally complete,” she said about the artwork as she celebrated the artist who’d done it. “@dannywildtattoo you talented, kind, crazy motherf–ker. Here’s to 12 years of tattooing my body.” A month earlier, she debuted a different tattoo — and this one hinted that she and Bella have been seeing each other for a while, thanking her girlfriend as well as the tattoo artist who did the piece. “Pretty girl [with] pretty tats,” the singer wrote back.
