Nova Says ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Briana DeJesus “Doesn’t Like” Taking Care of Her
This is heartbreaking. On tonight's brand new episode of Teen Mom 2, Briana DeJesus' daughter made a shocking confession. The 6-year-old — whose father is Devoin Austin — claimed that her mother "doesn't like" taking care of her.
Grandma Roxanne sat the first grader down to do homework with her and talked to her about how she felt, now that her mom was heading back to her job in the timeshare industry — a position she's held for nearly five years. "Hey, let me ask you something. Are you excited about your mom going back to work?" Nova nodded, but when Roxanne asked her if she would miss her, she said, "She doesn't like taking care of me. She likes taking care of Stella."
"You think she likes to take care of Stella?" Roxanne asked. "But wait — you know why she takes care of Stella, right?"
Nova said that she knows Stella is a baby, and Roxanne tells her that she's a big girl, but that she and Aunt Brittany still take care of her.
"But Ti Ti doesn't because she's too lazy," Nova whispered, since Brit was in the same room. "A little bit," Roxanne smiled, "But I take care of you, right? So you have a lot of us taking care of you."
Of course, this is totally normal. All older siblings get jealous of their younger ones from time to time. Plus, Bri explained to her firstborn that she'll always be her "number one." Aww.
Previously, the mother-of-two star opened up about her job on Twitter. "I work in timeshare," she wrote back in November, adding that she does not sell the timeshares herself. "I deal with the backhand work of it," she told a fan.
In fact, she's one of the few teen mamas who has a 9-5 job. While Chelsea Houska is taking some time off from her line of work as an esthetician to raise her little ones, Leah Messer sells LipSense, Kailyn Lowry has a podcast, and Jenelle Evans has her own cosmetics line. Way to go, girl! Keep grinding.
