So sweet! Adam and Danielle Busby started a new holiday tradition with their girls this season, and fans think it’s a “great idea.” And we agree! It sounds like all the girls used to shop for each other for Christmas, but their parents decided to switch things up this time. Instead, they had the girls draw names of specific sisters to shop for. Anyone with a ton of siblings can probably relate to how much easier that sounds.

The Busbys shared a long YouTube video to Twitter of the family taking a trip to Target for this special shopping outing. “We started a new Christmas Tradition with girls! See how it turned out! #outdaughtered,” they wrote. The YouTube video itself was captioned, in part, “We started a new tradition with letting the girls pick one sister to shop for during Christmas! We took them to Target and brought you along for the day! Also, watch it unfold Christmas morning!” So if you’re a Busby fan, there’s a whole lot to be excited about in the clips Adam and Danielle shared.

Danielle explained early on in the video that she took “Riley, Hazel, and LuLu” with her to shop, while her husband took Blayke, Ava, and Parker with him. That’s one way to try to keep the purchases a surprise. The girls were clearly consulted throughout the whole trip on what their siblings would like for Christmas, and it’s really just an adorable new tradition on the part of the OutDaughtered family.

And, as promised, viewers were treated to some footage of the girls seeing what “Santa” brought them for Christmas, as well as clips of the girls opening the gifts their sisters got for them. And it really is as cute as it sounds! Fans commenting on the video on Twitter clearly enjoyed the glimpse into their world, with responses like, “Oh my gosh so cute! Great idea. The girls are growing up so fast,” and “Love the new Christmas tradition! Such a thoughtful way to teach all those beautiful girls the meaning of Christmas” littered throughout the replies.

It definitely looks like the Busbys had a wonderful holiday — which is exactly what the sweet quintuplets and their family deserved.
