Poor little thing! Hazel Busby appeared to have gotten some sort of boo-boo in a photo her mom posted to Instagram on Nov. 27, but instead of ice packs, Danielle Busby had Hazel put frozen pancakes on the injury instead. So clever! We wonder if this moment will end up in a scene on OutDaughtered in the future? Watch the video above to see the precious photo and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube Channel.

No word on what sort of owie Hazel had, although the photo makes it seem like she simply bumped her head. Kids get up to all sorts of mischief, so who knows exactly what went down before this adorable shot was captured. Good thing her mama was right there, and ready to improvise with a frozen treat to help Hazel’s boo-boo get better!

“When you can’t find your ice packs…you resort to a pack of frozen pancakes,” Danielle wrote, along with the super cute photo of Hazel holding the package of frozen breakfast food to her forehead. She’s adorably dolled up in a puffy, pink coat in the shot, and honestly doesn’t look like a kid who just got too banged up, so we’re going to go ahead and guess that she just got a bump on her head while playing like a lot of kids do.

Fans in the comments definitely felt for little Hazel and appreciated her mom’s ingenuity in dealing with the injury. “Awww poor baby. Been there!” one person wrote. Another said, “this is really good and creative idea!👍😂😁.” Still, others called for #JusticeForHazel, with responses like, “Aw hell naw who did it😩😩 I’m finna come kick somebody butt.”

As the mom of six kids, it’s probably not uncommon for Danielle to come up with creative solutions during her day-to-day life as a parent. We might have suggested peas instead of pancakes, but that photo is somehow more adorable because of the addition of the pancakes to the rescue. Hopefully, thanks to this interesting frozen fix from Danielle, Hazel Basil will be feeling better in no time!
