She’s out and about! Teresa Giudice seemed to be enjoying herself at the Hemp Garden CBD infused MASK skincare launch in New York City on Thursday, April 25 — even though her husband, Joe Giudice, might get deported soon.

“Teresa was in good spirits and she smiled a lot,” an eyewitness exclusively told In Touch. Additionally, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was overheard by an onlooker saying that she “can’t wait” for her family drama to be over with.

The source added, “So many people went up to her to take pictures, and she happily obliged. At one point, there was basically a line to talk to her and take a picture with her. She was drinking champagne and then switched over to this grapefruit cocktail later in the night. She stayed for about an hour or so. She was also wearing her wedding ring.”

The brunette beauty, 46, is going through a rough time right now, to say the least. Joe, 46, was released from jail in March — after he served a 41-month sentence — since he pleaded guilty to multiple charges of fraud including mail, wire and bankruptcy in March 2014. Immediately afterward, the Italy native was moved into the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Thursday, March 14.

In October 2018, a judge ordered that the businessman would be deported to Italy after his release. The couple — who share Gia, 18, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9 — found out that Joe’s deportation appeal was officially denied on April 11.

“We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Guidice’s appeal,” James J. Leonard Jr., the family’s lawyer, said in a statement obtained by In Touch. “We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Guidice in the United States, the only country he knows and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”

Joe had his legal team file a petition for the federal court to review the decision. However, if the court refuses to review his plea, he will be legally forced out of the United States, even though he has lived here since he was a baby.

Gia started an online petition on Tuesday, April 23, in hopes of bringing her dad home. “My father is there for us in every possible way a father could be,” she wrote on Change.org. “He has always been our handyman, our confidante, our cheerleader, our challenger and most importantly, our protector. This [deportation] would rob us of my father screaming from the stands at our graduations, meeting our future husbands for the first time, of walking us down the aisle, of being there when his grandchildren come into the world.”

In March, the Bravo personality confessed to Andy Cohen that she wouldn’t stay together with Joe if he had to leave the country. “I’m not doing a long-distance relationship. I’m not doing it,” she said.

Now, the mom of four has changed her attitude about her hubby since she pleaded with her fans on Instagram to support her crew. “Please help our family by signing this petition, the bond and closeness I have with my father, I hope and pray my girls have with Joe,” she wrote. “Love to you all.”

Stay strong, Teresa.
