Troubled Teen Mom OG star Ryan Edwards recently made an appearance in court and he received some good news. The MTV alum’s theft charge has been dismissed, almost two months after he reportedly walked out on a $36 bill at a Chattanooga bar. However, the reality star is not out of the woods yet, as he’s still in trouble for allegedly breaking the terms of his probation stemming from a 2017 heroin possession charge. Catching a Break

Ryan, 31, is off the hook for his theft of services under 1,000$ charge, Radar confirmed with the Hamilton Country General Session Clerk of Court.

The MTV star reportedly ordered six whiskey drinks from Bud’s Sports Bar, totaling $36, and left without paying on December 19. A server then called the cops.

Locked up

Despite this recent development, Ryan will reportedly remain behind bars for a few months longer. The reality star was arrested on January 23.

As we previously reported, his hearing for the probation violation has been continued to April 15, 2019 and he’ll be serving time in county jail until then.

Focusing on His Sobriety

The Teen Mom alum completed a 90-day stint in rehab last November and his wife, Mackenzie, shared a message on Instagram talking about her relief.

“Oh my f—k. Longest f—king 90 days of my life and they are COMPLETED,” she wrote at the end of his treatment.

Ryan was still in rehab when his wife welcomed their first child together, a son named Jagger.
