“Tara really was trying to make an effort to talk to everybody in the room and stay strong without having any alcohol,” a source told Radar about her appearance last week.

After seeing Tara’s red carpet snaps, celeb nutritionist Charlene Ciardiello estimated, “Tara has gained 40 pounds since this photo was taken. She is putting the weight back on healthy and has muscle tone.”

Over the last year, the actress has “gained approximately 3.5 to four pounds per month, which is awesome,” Charlene, also known for being the owner of Shut Up & Move, added.

“I’m very healthy. I like to eat protein,” Tara said. “With protein, your body gets leaner and you have more energy. I try to stay away from carbs as much as I can, but I still eat them.”
