Tara Reid Claps Back At Body-Shamers Who Call Her ‘Anorexic’ (EXCLUSIVE)

She’s had enough, y’all! Speaking with In Touch magazine, Tara Reid has confessed that she’s sick of defending her body from the public.

For starters, the actress does not think she’s too skinny. “People are like, ‘She’s anorexic,’ but I’ve been the same [size] in every movie,” Tara explained. “Everyone has a different body type. People really need to stop body shaming because it’s affecting little girls.”

“I’m very healthy. I like to eat protein,” the 42-year-old revealed of her diet. “With protein, your body gets leaner and you have more energy,” she continued. “I try to stay away from carbs as much as I can, but I still eat them.”

As for exercise? Tara has the perfect solution. “I have a puppy! That’s a workout, trust me. I’m running down hallways and back, and he’s faster than me,” she explained.

To be fair, Tara is known for much more than just her figure. After all, She’s been consistently snagging movie roles since her breakout performance in American Pie. Question is, will she ever settle down to get married and start a family?

“I’m single. It’s easier that way. I don’t put pressure on myself, like, ‘Oh, my God, I’m in my 40s, I better find someone to marry.’ If it comes, it comes,” Tara admitted, adding, “I don’t know if I’ll have any [kids].” Whatever makes you happy, girl!

Speaking of which, Tara noted that she’s doing better than ever, thank you very much. “I don’t think I’ve ever been more comfortable with myself,” she said. “As I get older, things get better and better.”

Well, there you have it, body-shamers. Miss Tara Reid is living her best life.
