Major violation. Scott Disick felt seriously “betrayed” when his rehab info was leaked by a worker at the facility, Kourtney Kardashian revealed in a new Keeping Up With the Kardashians clip. In a sneak peek that dropped on Friday, August 21, the Talentless founder’s ex told sister Kim Kardashian that one of the treatment center’s employees allegedly passed on a photo of Scott.

“Is that true? About Scott?” Kim, 39, asks in the clip. In a confessional, she continues, “I heard that Scott went to rehab by seeing it online, and it looks like someone at the facility leaked a photo of him. … I feel really bad for him.”

“It’s really, really so awful,” Kourtney, 41, responds. “They leaked his actual conversations with the therapist, you know?” Clarifying that they were not group therapy sessions, the mom of three — who shares children Mason, Penelope and Reign with her ex — seemed to eliminate the possibility that another patient could be responsible for the information getting out. “He’s only been just him and the therapist,” she said. “He said he’s never been more betrayed in his life, and he’s packing, and he’s definitely coming home, but he’s really upset. Especially because he was actually going to work on himself and his trauma.”

In a confessional, Kourtney told whoever leaked the information that they should be “really ashamed” of their actions. “Everyone deserves to deal with their past traumas in privacy,” she said. “He was completely violated.”

The Poosh founder revealed she thinks Scott, 37, should file a lawsuit against either the individual responsible or the facility as a whole — and Kim agreed. Given the fact that the KKW Beauty mogul is currently working on becoming a lawyer, she has an idea of just how big of a legal issue this kind of leak can actually be.

Scott first checked himself into rehab on April 28. “[He was] working on his past traumas,” lawyer Marty Singer told TMZ in early May. “In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother, followed by the death of his father three months later, Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility last week.”

However, just a few days after the news broke, the Talentless designer ended up heading home — and now it seems we know why. In May, an insider exclusively told In Touch the star’s family was surprised to discover his emotional issues were as “bad” as they were, revealing he “thought he was doing fine.” In the months since, he seems to have opened up to Kourtney, with a source telling Life & Style in August he “depends on” her “for support.” He’s been “leaning on” her “more and more” in recent months, but, luckily, it seems she’s always got his back.

The second half of season 18 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians returns Thursday, September 17, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on E!
