Happy times in the palace! Or not. After Princess Beatrice announced her engagement to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi tons of congratulatory messages from the royal family rolled through. In the mix of well-wishes, there were a few members who were absent from the happy banter. Royal fanatics were quick to point out that Princess Harry, Duchess Meghan, Princess William and Duchess Kate have yet to congratulate their cousin. Is there a royal feud among us?

Perhaps their potential quarrel could be over the eerie similarities between Bea’s engagement photos and Harry, 35, and Meghan’s. Both couples shared black and white images to celebrate the momentous occasion. The ladies have their heads rested on their counterpart’s shoulder and have their left hand on display. Oddly enough, Beatrice, 31, isn’t flashing her ring in the pic like Meghan was.

Fans were quick to notice the similarities in the photos as well and admitted they had enough of the cousins copying each other. “I absolutely cannot with this copycat family,” wrote one Twitter user, while another said, “They couldn’t envision a different pose/picture. This is ridiculous and pathetic.”

It seems like the royals are always being scrutinized for their interactions on social media, or lack thereof. In early September, fans slammed Prince William, 37, for sending Prince Harry a bland birthday message. “Wishing a very happy birthday to The Duke of Sussex today! 🎂” the official Instagram of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge posted.

People took note of the simplistic message and ran to the comments. “This message is so cold and not from the heart,” one user wrote. “I miss there [sic] close relationship,” another said. “He could’ve sent a more heartfelt message then this generic one. This is his only little brother,” someone else added.

The Duke and Duchess were also criticized for the message they sent Meghan, 38, on her birthday, which was actually identical to the one they sent Harry. “Wishing a very happy birthday to The Duchess of Sussex today! 🎈,” in their defense, they did vary up the emoji. If Princess Beatrice is lucky, she might get a lackluster birthday message from them, too.
