Blac Chyna’s Lawyer Lisa Blooms Says Rob Kardashian’s Abuse Allegations Are “False”
Just days after coming to a custody agreement, Rob Kardashian is dragging his baby mama back to court. The KUWTK star, along with his pregnant sister Kylie Jenner, is suing Blac Chyna for battery, assault, and vandalism. In a new lawsuit filed by the siblings, Rob claims Chyna attempted to choke him with a phone cord and that she got pregnant in an "attempt to shake down the Kardashian family" — and now Chy's lawyer Lisa Bloom is speaking out on her behalf.
“The language [in the lawsuit] was very ugly and false,” Lisa said during a press conference, according to People. “The allegations are false. Robert Kardashian and Blac Chyna share a baby, Dream. He just entered into a case where he promised not to disparage her and now this.”
In the court documents first obtained by The Blast, Rob and Kylie state they were forced to seek legal counsel after they "endured months of injuries." In the papers, Rob details an incident that went down on Dec. 14, where he claims Chyna "became extremely intoxicated on drugs and alcohol and physically assaulted” him while carelessly playing with his gun. It was later that night that the sock designer alleges Chyna tried to strangle him with the iPhone phone charger cord, causing him injuries to his neck.
The intense fight took place at Kylie's house, where the couple was living following the birth of their daughter Dream. Kylie claims in the lawsuit that the damages to her home exceed $100,000 and include Chyna allegedly destroying a television and breaking doors and walls, as well as several cell phones. Chyna is also said to have “terrorized Kylie by telling her to get tests for sexually transmitted diseases because Kylie was dating Tyga who was the father of Chyna’s first child, King Cairo."
It was three days after this incident that Chyna's Instagram was hacked, and Rob uploaded videos to social media of the couple's empty home and accused Chyna of taking their daughter. Since their split, Rob has also uploaded revenge porn against his baby mama, which forced Chyna to seek a restraining order against her ex-fiancé and respond with domestic violence accusations of her own. However, Chyna dropped those charges after Rob agreed to pay her $20,000 a month in child support.
As for claims Chyna intentionally had a baby for monetary gains, court documents state that Chyna "became pregnant with Rob’s child, demonstrating one of [her] deliberate actions to cash in on the Kardashians fame.” While Chyna has not responded to the allegations, a source told People magazine that the lawsuit is just a distraction. "It makes sense on their part to come up with a counterclaim for the very real claim made against him. Revenge porn, posting naked pictures to 9 million people across the world. None of that compares to an altercation that they got into at Kylie’s house. They’re so miles apart and it really distracts from the real sexual and domestic abuse that took place.”
Rob and Kylie are seeking compensation for Rob's injuries, the damage done to Kylie's home, and punitive damages. The siblings are also asking for an end to Chyna's talent contract with the E! Network.
