Watch out, Rob Kardashian.
Blac Chyna’s attorney is exploring legal action against the 30-year-old sock designer after he posted explicit photos of the former stripper on social media.
“I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed,” Chyna’s lawyer, Walter Mosley, told People in a statement on Wednesday, July 5. To find out more, watch the video below!
Turns out, posting revenge porn is a serious crime in Rob and Chyna’s home state of California. According to penal code for the Golden State, the sole male Kardashian could face up to six months in prison for sharing images of Chyna’s privates online.
As previously reported, Rob exposed Chyna, 29, in a heated social media tirade on Wednesday morning. In addition to accusing her of cheating on him multiple times, the reality star posted several naked photos of the Lashed Bar entrepreneur, including graphic snaps of her butt, genitals, and boobs.
“I never been so disrespected in my life,” he wrote alongside one of the pics. “I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday. This woman is so disrespectful and I don't care.”
While Rob has yet to issue an apology, Chyna responded to his posts via Snapchat, accusing him of physical abuse. On July 2, the model posted a photo of herself and her seven-month-old daughter Dream — whom she welcomed last November with Rob — and declared that she was “single” and “happy.”
