Paola And Russ Mayfield Reveal Someone Is Asking For ‘Kim Kardashian’ Type Money To Stay On ’90 Day Fiancé’

As promised! Paola Mayfield revealed that she was going to “spill the beans” via Instagram on Dec. 5, and she delivered. In a new video posted to her YouTube page also featuring her hubby Russ Mayfield, the expectant couple claimed that someone has asked for some big bucks to stay on 90 Day Fiancé, noting how this person is trying to make “Kim Kardashian” level money.

Pao and Russ explained why they decided to share their story, after seeing “so many people trashing a show that put them on the map.” The comment they read “generalized the cast and we didn’t appreciate that,” Russ said. “If you’re going to make jabs and call someone out, don’t generalize it.” The couple revealed how grateful they are for the exposure the franchise has given them, and anyone who doesn’t feel the same, should simply walk away and stop talking about it.

The pregnant star said Danielle Jbali and Mohamed Jbali should actually receive extra praise since their storyline helped put the show on the map. “The show got more interesting. We have to give credit to them, because of them, the show got bigger and bigger,” Paola added. “What I like about Danielle, is she has never complained or talked down on the show being scripted or fake. Even the amount of hate that Danielle had, and still have, she never blames it on the network. I really admire her. She’s been really smart with the money she got.” Pao said she thinks there are several amazing couples on the show!

The 31-year-old explained that fans have been tagging her on a post, noting how it’s upsetting because one of her co-stars is “undermining all of the cast members just because that specific person is not getting the ridiculous amount of money that she’s asking.” Russ, 31, added, “They’re asking something along the lines of Kim Kardashian.” Pao said “even more than that,” addressing how they’re all not stars on E! or MTV. “The money is good, but the idea of doing this show is not just about the money. You have fun. You want to enjoy it and share your story,” Pao clarified.

Paola’s post comes shortly after Anfisa Arkhipchenko aired her grievances with the show, claiming her and Jorge Nava‘s contracts were renewed without consent. According to Anfisa, they do have some footage of Jorge, even though he’s now serving his two-and-a-half-year prison sentence, because they filmed while he was in court. However, Anfisa claims the couple quit in October. She also recently informed fans that her social media page will be heading in a different direction. Instead of her reality TV fame, she’s planning to focus on other areas of her life.

Yesterday, Anfisa took to Instagram and seemingly fired back at Paola’s initial post, writing: “Guys I am not going to ever mention any cast member on my IG and ask that you do the same because I’m not trying to beef with anyone and I’m really not trying to make them relevant.” While Paola didn’t call out Anfisa by name, several fans feel this is her response.
