Hump Day blues? Allow the stars of OutDaughtered to help get you through. Adam Busby took to his Instagram Story on Tuesday, March 5, to share a sweet video of his quints playing with a ladybug, and it’s just too darn pure not to share.

The reality TV dad, 36, and his wife, Danielle Busby, 35, share photos and videos of their girls on the reg, but the fam recently went MIA — and fans noticed. Luckily, Adam set the record straight.

“Why no videos these days?” someone asked him on Instagram last month, to which he responded, “Because we are in the middle of filming the new season of our TV show. That takes priority over family YouTube vlogs.” In a separate comment, he added, “(And let’s be real, it probably pays better too!)” OK, honesty hour!

In December, the duo took to Instagram to explain why their social media posts seemingly went from daily to non-existent. “It’s been a crazy, crazy, crazy couple weeks,” Danielle began their (ironically) YouTube clip. Adam chimed in that they’re currently in a “temporary house” due to “issues with our old house.” He added, “We couldn’t really get around it. The only way the issues have been … could have been fixed in the house was by us not being there. So we couldn’t stay.” Unfortunately, we won’t know exactly what those issues are until season 4 of the hit TLC show premieres later this year. Sigh.

So how does the couple manage to stay sane amongst the chaos? Date night! “Adam and I have an extremely hectic busy life, and it’s never taken away from what our time is together,” Danielle told In Touch last year. “We have date nights every week and it’s kind of changed over the years. When we had Blayke, our date nights changed to doing popcorn at home and a movie night on the couch with a bottle of wine. Then over time, we realized that for us, too, we need to get outside the house for date nights. If we go to dinner, dancing, a movie or whatever it is once a week — we have to do it outside the house. If we try to do it in the house, there are so many distractions, or the baby will wake up or you’ll hear something on the monitor. We do either a Friday or Saturday — a family night then a date night. It’s one or the other.”

As for that so-called “TLC curse?” Danielle isn’t worried. “Adam and I are strong in our faith and our marriage,” she continued. “I know there are different couples and relationships and curses around that, but Adam and I have something special — not to say others don’t. We have a bond and we hold our faith and God is at the center of our marriage, so I think no matter what, nothing will tear us apart.”
