She’s seriously tired of all of the hate. After Mackenzie McKee shared that her dog normally sleeps outside, she got a lot of criticism from fans — but now she’s clapping back. On Tuesday, November 12, the Teen Mom OG star took to Twitter to put fans in their place as she told them to “move along.” Check out the gallery below to get all the details on Mackenzie’s latest controversy.
Mackenzie, 25, is no stranger to drama. After all, she recently broke up with her husband after six years of marriage only to reunite with him just two months later.

Issue
Her most recent controversy seems to have surprised even her, however. After she posted what she thought was an innocent tweet about letting her dog in, her Twitter pretty much exploded with hate.

Outside Dog
It all started after Mackenzie tweeted, “Let the Great Dane sleep inside because of the weather, and he spent the entire night begging me to let him out. When I did, he ran around like he loved the cold?”

Chill
In a second tweet, she continued, “But he does have access from his yard to the back porch, [where] I set him up bedding to stay warm. However, he did nothing more [than] destroy that bedding.”

Criticism
The star’s followers quickly pounced on the tweets, shaming her for keeping her dog outside at this time of year — but Mackenzie wasn’t about to put up with it.

Over It
“Ew. I cannot with people who raise their dog to live outside,” one wrote. “He’s a 50/50 dog,” the MTV celeb shot back. “He has to run and play or he will eat my furniture. Literally, I didn’t spend thousands on a fence because I don’t want him inside. I did it because he needed it. Move along.”

Questions
“You ‘let’ him sleep inside? Is he not allowed? Why have a dog if he’s not allowed to sleep indoors?” another wanted to know.

Inside
“He has slept indoors any time he wants,” Mackenzie answered. “If you didn’t read the tweet, he was begging to be let outside the entire night. P.S. It’s Oklahoma. Drive around and most large dogs are outside. He prefers it most of the time.”

Annoyed
In a second response to the same poster, she continued, “Did I say he isn’t [allowed]? If you follow my snaps, you see he is always inside. This tweet was saying I pretty much made him come in because of the weather, and he did not like that. Read it how you want, though.”

Outside
“Now I’ve never said a bad word about you, but dogs shouldn’t be left outside in any weather,” a commenter wrote. “My dog is like my child, and I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be outside.” Mackenzie disagreed. “Dogs should never go outside? Huh?” she asked. “Every animal and human needs some sunshine in their life.”

Crate Training
“My [Great] Dane likes to play in the snow, but he definitely stays inside,” wrote another. “Danes are not outdoor dogs. They don’t have the coat to keep themselves warm. If he’s destructive at night, then you need to put him in a designated room or crate him.” The star fired back, “Never said he was destructive at night. All I said was he loves to have his time outside to run around or he starts to tear things up. [That is] usually why I take him on his morning walks. If you follow me, you know these things. I just can’t with everyone.”

Fur
“If it were a cold weather dog (husky, Alaskan malamute, etc.), then I would partially understand (still not really because why have a pet if it’s locked outside), but Great Danes are Velcro dogs (I have one). They want to be near their people! Messed up,” a Twitter user responded.

Confused
“Still [confused] as to why [you’re] mad at me again?” Mackenzie shot back. “I was stating I made him come in, and he begged to do the opposite, and I was confused. He isn’t locked outside and is inside most of the time. I do not get you.”

Blow Up
“Girl, he doesn’t sleep outside when it’s cold,” the star slammed. “I was confused as to why he begged to go out. Personal choice. I do not keep him in a crate or want to. He busted out of one, and I just decided to let him sleep by my bedside. Y’all are taking this tweet way out of proportion.”

Hate
Eventually, the blonde beauty decided to address the whole situation in a new tweet instead of trying to respond to all of her critics.

Over It
“When I see people have something negative to say about every little thing, I sit and wonder how miserable it would be to live like that,” she wrote. “I strive to see only good in others, and it’s a joyful life to live. You should try it, too.”
