Are those wedding bells we hear? Not so fast. Amy Roloff from Little People, Big World dished to Us Weekly about her boyfriend, Chris Marek, and their relationship, but admitted they might not be rushing down the aisle. “I would definitely love to get married one day,” Amy, 54, said. “But it’s not something that I’m intentionally pursuing.” Check out the video above to learn more!

The reality TV star added that she takes marriage “very seriously” and she wouldn’t enter a new union lightly. She explained, “If I say yes, then that means my whole heart, everything is into it … I do think [marriage] is forever.” That’s an interesting attitude, considering she’s divorced from her first husband and fellow Little People, Big World costar Matt Roloff.

Amy and Chris have been together for more than two years, and she told the outlet, “Relationships go through seasons. You are not the same person when you are 20 years old and when you become empty nesters or going through kids and all that. Both of you are going through that stuff, so keeping the communication and sharing with each other, I think, is very important.” That last tip is honestly not bad advice for any relationship, not just a long-term one.

Matt, 57, and Amy split up in June 2015. They released a statement at the time that announced, “After 27 years of marriage, it is with great sadness that we have come to the difficult decision to file for divorce. We are proud of what we have accomplished together.” Now, Amy is happily seeing Chris, and Matt seems to have a wonderful relationship going with his girlfriend, Caryn Chandler. Best of all: Chris and Matt actually appear to be pretty friendly with each other, which has got to make things easier for the whole family.

All we’ll say is, if Amy and Chris do decide to get married in the future, we would be thrilled to see that wedding. But as long as they’re happy going on adventures and playing with Amy’s grandkids, all power to them!
