Making memories! Matt Roloff and his girlfriend, Caryn Chandler, recently ventured to Spokane, Washington, to visit his daughter, Molly, and her hubby, Joel. The Little People, Big World couple had a blast reconnecting with family, and they even got to check out Molly and Joel’s new digs!

“My sweet and beautiful daughter Molly and her husband Joel,” the TLC alum, 57, captioned the group pic posted on June 11. “We had the best time ever visiting them and seeing their new home in Spokane … what a wonderful early Father’s Day blessing to be able to spend the day they them.”

One fan hilariously asked Matt if he thought that Joel was sweet and beautiful too, and the reality star had a classic response. “Lol. He’s awesome and so perfectly matched for Molly. They’re like 2 peas in a pod,” he dished. The LPBW star was also sadly subject to some criticism in the comment section of his post, as one of Matt’s followers brought up his relationship with ex-wife, Amy Roloff.

“Had you treated Amy the way you treat Caryn maybe you’re marriage wouldn’t have hit the rocks,” the comment read. Matt made sure to set the record straight by responding, “If only you knew! Unfortunately, I’m not one to talk negative about anyone … especially the mother of my children … but if you had more facts that are missing, you would see an entirely different thing.”

As fans may recall, Matt and Amy, 54, were married for 27 years before they decided to call it quits. The exes share four kids together, twins Jeremy and Zach, as well as daughter, Molly, and son Jacob. Despite going their separate ways, both Matt and Amy have tried their best to stay cordial.

Amy recently discussed her thoughts on their split and she hinted at the possibility that Matt got involved with Caryn before they were over. “We had someone that worked for us for a very long time, on our farm,” Amy said during a Facebook Live video recorded on March 31. “And I believe — this is all from my perspective — that there was more than just friends going on. And I think that evolved to a point where that got in the way of our marriage as well.”

On the bright side, the LPBW exes do hang out with their significant others together from time to time. Matt and Amy said it works because they “respect each other!”
