Friends not forever. Lisa Vanderpump recently revealed that her friendship with Kyle Richards is ‘’finished’’ thanks to the puppygate scandal. The 58-year-old took to Bravo’s blog to tell her side of the story of season 9’s infamous Vanderpump Dogs vs. Dorit Kemsley story line.

RHOBH season started off with the the SUR restaurateur kicking Kyle out of her house, declaring she was “done’’ with her former best friend. Since then, we learned that on that very day, the 50-year-old had confronted Lisa about puppygate, insisting that she had orchestrated a story line to make Dorit, 42, look bad for giving up her rescue dog from Vanderpump Dogs. As Lisa said in her blog, this was the start to the season, but the end to their longtime friendship. “For me to put my hand to God and swear on my children’s life and still have my friend disbelieve me is unacceptable. I assure you, if any of my friends were as vociferous in their statement of innocence, holding up their children’s life … guess what? I would believe them,” she wrote.

The reality TV star then continued to give fans an explanation of the puppygate scandal through a timeline of events.  The blonde beauty had adopted a puppy named Lucy, but unfortunately the pup did not get along with her family, which forced Dorit to find Lucy a new home. “I had spoken to Dorit a few days prior, and she explained to me that a woman had come to her house and fallen in love with Lucy, and that the little dog was apparently going to a new home for a much better life.” Lisa goes on to explain that Dorit never mentioned biting, which she has stated in numerous episodes is the reason for giving up the dog in the first place.

Vanderpump Dogs quickly became aware that Lucy, days later, had been dropped off at a shelter that had “euthanasia facilities.’’ The employees at Vanderpump Dogs work there for one reason: They love and adore dogs. “They pick up poop, work tirelessly, comfort abused dogs, witness atrocities that find their way to our doorstep, and make difficult decisions for sometimes, only some can be saved from the shelter,” LVP expressed about her employees. So, after Lucy ended up with a shelter, Lisa’s partner John Sessa “was engraged.” Lisa and her husband Ken Todd tried to calm John down, and while they did everything they could to prevent him from talking about the situation publicly, they failed. ”Dr. John Sessa replied that John Blizzard had already told Teddi. He was often in contact with her and a gossipy text had been sent, which I witnessed later.”

After becoming aware of the gossipy texts, LVP immediately texted Dorit to “get in front of the issue.”” I would have thought that would have included Dorit going down to the center and calming an already emotional young staff, reassuring them that her intentions, albeit careless, had no malintent,” she confessed.

Despite Lisa’s honestly, the RHOBH gals believe that Lisa had orchestrated the exact scene that viewers witnessed in season 9, episode 1 of RHOBH.  In this episode, John Sessa continues to hold Lucy in his arms in front of Kyle and Teddi — all so that Kyle can learn about what Dorit had done. The 37-year-old however, was in on it. “I originally agreed to be a part of this mess and asked John Blizzard to have the dog [at Vanderpump Dogs]. I wasn’t just going to bring it up out of thin air,” Teddi confessed in her blog.

Lisa admitted that she, however, “sent John Sessa a text prior to arriving at the center to let it go and to not bring up the subject of Lucy as I knew they were fired up.” Clearly, he did not listen to her instructions. She also claimed that she was told by John that her two costars were there for “grooming and Instagram pictures.’’ LVP said that the only one who she spoke to before arriving to the center was John Sessa, which is why she finds it “ridiculous that anyone would conjure up a scenario on the strength of what my employee, a 23-year-old, said.” The Vanderpump Rules star is referring to the texts that John Blizzard had texted Teddi regarding what exactly to do as soon as she stepped foot into Vanderpump Dogs.

In February, Kyle took to Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to touch base on her non-existent friendship with LVP. She revealed that the day that she was kicked out of Vanderpump’s house was the last time the two had spoken. “When you’re kicked out of someone’s house … it was really strange for me because I’m so close with them,” she told Andy, 50.

Lisa ended her blog post by encouraging fans to keep on watching — and with a sassy remark to her castmates: “I will see you next Tuesday.”
