‘Teen Mom 2’ Exes Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert Admit to Hooking up With Each Other!
Hold up! Are Teen Mom 2 exes Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert getting back together? Leah once confirmed to her co-star, Kailyn Lowry that she and her ex-husband, whom she shares five-year-old daughter Adalynn with, have tried to make things work in the past. But now fans are getting to watch the whole thing play out on the MTV reality TV series.
On this week’s episode, Jeremy stopped by Leah’s house for a visit and they sat on the couches together as the MTV producers tried to get them to spill the tea about whether they hooked up or not recently. They both confirmed it, and then Jer said that they were thinking about getting back together. Leah confirmed it by saying they would do whatever is best for little Addie.
Jer has been trying to get back in Leah’s good graces since he split from his ex-girlfriend, Brooke Wehr. During her twins’ eighth birthday party, Leah received a message from Jeremy asking to talk to her. He had been commenting flirty messages on her photos, but she just thought he wanted to talk about Addie’s birthday party — which they were planning on doing together. Instead, he gave her a heartfelt apology.
“I really truthfully want to, like, deeply apologize for saying that about you,” Jeremy said of the time he revealed he regretted having a child with Leah. “I do really want to thank you for like being a good mom to my kid.” He sweetly added, “No matter what, I’m still always going to love you.” BRB, crying.
During a recent interview on Kail’s podcast, Leah, 26, admitted that she and Jeremy considered getting back together — and that they recently hooked up. “I guess at first maybe I considered [getting back together with Jeremy],” Leah said. “Like, ‘If we are getting along this great, why not try it again for Addie’s sake?’ But at the end of the day, we weren’t happy. We didn’t do well together but we do great as friends.”
While they’ve never officially gotten back together since their 2015 split, the duo has fueled relationship rumors on multiple occasions. Plus, Jer split with his girlfriend, Desi Kibler, earlier this month — and fans are shipping them. Jeremy revealed that he called it quits with Desi by sharing a cartoon of a man with multiple knives in his back. “When you have a good heart, you help too much, you trust too much, you give too much, you love too much and this is what happens in the end,” he captioned the meme.
Naturally, fans are now rooting for the 29-year-old to get back together with Leah. “I think you and Leah would be great together now. She’s changed so much. You would make an amazing team,” one follower wrote, while another added, “I think you could have hanged on a little longer when Leah was going through her depression but I get it. I would love to see you guys back together.”
