Watch out, Kim Kardashian. Kylie Jenner is ready to take the throne and become the first billionaire in the Kardashian family. Kylie’s net worth has already surpassed all her sisters, and she has her cosmetics empire to thank.

It was recently revealed that the 20-year-old, who is reportedly expecting her first child, is on track to run a billion-dollar company by 2022 due to the success of her lip kits. That means in five years, Kylie’s income will surpass that of Kim and husband Kanye West‘s combined. And, according to People, #ProudMama Kris Jenner is here to make sure that nothing — not even Kylie’s journey to motherhood — is going to get in the way of her cosmetics empire.

“Kris is just trying to control what she can and make sure no one forgets Kylie is also a businesswoman,” an insider told the outlet. “She wants to set Kylie Cosmetics up to sell.”

To put her net worth into perspective, in the last 18 months, Kylie Cosmetics, which was launched in 2015, has done $420 million in retail. Bobbi Brown took 25 years to reach the billion-dollar mark, while Lancôme hit the milestone in 2015 after 80 years in the beauty business.

“Kylie has worked so hard to build that empire,” the source added. “Kris doesn’t want to see the pregnancy affect how that is perceived.” Even though the 61-year-old means business, the insider assured that she will be a supportive grandmother to the new addition. “Of course, Kris will support Kylie being a mom, but she is still adjusting to the surprise news.”

So how does Kylie feel about her booming business? It looks like she’s already thinking of her next product. “I used to ask my mom, “What’s my thing?” Kendall has modeling, what’s my thing? And I’m just so happy that now I have this,” she told Fast Company. “It motivates me every day. I want to expand into a full cosmetics line–foundations, concealers, everything under the sun.”

She also revealed that she doesn’t just put her name on the product, but is along for the ride every step of the way. “I wake up and immediately check in — what orders are coming in, what’s selling the best. My manufacturer brings me products every day,” she explained. “I have a spot in my house, my creative room, and we just have meetings after meetings.”

Outside her beauty empire, Kylie also has endorsements from brands such as Puma, as well as her own reality show Life of Kylie which she balances with KUWTK. And who can forget her eponymous clothing line with sister Kendall Jenner?

Despite her hard work, Kim, 36, is still slightly jealous of her little sister. “[Kim is] privately jealous over Kylie’s success because she always thought she’d be the first Kardashian billionaire,” an insider told Life & Style. “There’s a real rivalry between the Kardashian girls.”

The source continued, “When Keeping Up With the Kardashians first started, all eyes were on Kim, and Kylie was a lesser presence because she was so young. Now Kim is feeling the competition, and it bothers her. She’s told those close to her that the Kardashian brand wouldn’t be where it is today if it wasn’t for her.”
