Kourtney Kardashian Roasts Kim’s Met Gala Party Dress, Says She Looks Like ‘Nicki Minaj on Halloween’
Another day, another Kardashian sister quarrel. Kim Kardashian and big sister Kourtney Kardashian got into an explosive fight on the Sunday, September 15, episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. About what, you ask? Clothes, per usual.
The two sisters infamous for fighting over handbags, started feuding after Kourtney, 40, insulted Kim’s look for the Met Gala afterparty. During a fitting with the Thierry Mugler design team, the 38-year-old donned a pale blue spandex dress accompanied with a sparkly wig. When Kim FaceTimed the Poosh founder, she had some choice words for her look. “Is it October the 31st?”
“I’ve been planning my Met look since last year, and she was so rude in front of the whole Mugler team … it’s all super embarrassing,” Kim said in a confessional after Kourtney insulted her dress.
The two ladies continued to brawl over outfits after the design team disclosed to Kim that Kourtney had been going after them for some inspo, too. “For her to not only try to use the same designer but then to be so rude, it really hit me the wrong way,” the mom of four said.
Kim later complained to her stylist, “She keeps copying me!” On a FaceTime call, Kourt hit back. “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” she said, “I’ve never dressed like you.”
Eventually, Kourtney apologized to Kim and said she had no idea Kim’s spandex number was for the Met gala or that the design team was present when she joked about the garment.
During the episode, the two also took aim at each other’s humanitarian work. “You’re going to school to become a lawyer and help the world and these are the kinds of problems you have?” Kourtney said of Kim. “You f–kin’ fake humanitarian hoe. I actually do s–t for the world and you f–king fake it all day long. And act like, ‘Oh! There’s people dying, Kim.’ And what the f–k are you doing about it? So, shut the f–k up,” Kim recounted to mom Kris Jenner of the same fight.
