Kim Kardashian Hints at Third Pregnancy — See Her Tweet!
Are North and Saint about to get a little brother or sister?!
Kim Kardashian sparked rumors she’s pregnant with baby No. 3 after she retweeted a fan who wrote, “[Retweet] if you’re getting pregnant in time for Kim and Kanye [West] kids line launch.”
Kim not only retweeted the brief message — she also added a bunch of baby emojis and a girl raising her hand!

Of course, news of baby No. 3 wouldn’t come as a major shock — as Kim has previously revealed that Ye is desperate to have more babies and expand their little family, but Kim has been hesitant in the past.

“Kanye has been mentioning [having another baby] every single day lately for the past 10 days,” she said back in April. Kim wasn’t always super keen on the idea, especially considering she had a difficult pregnancy with North and a lot of trouble conceiving Saint.
“I have been very open and honest about my pregnancy struggles,” she wrote on her website while still pregnant with Saint. “This pregnancy, I’m definitely scared for my delivery, but trying my best to be hopeful and not stress out too much! Last pregnancy, I had a condition called preeclampsia, which is a serious condition you can get during pregnancy; often, the only way to get rid of it is to deliver early to protect yourself and the baby… We induced my labor and I had North soon after. Right after delivery, the placenta usually then comes out. Mine did not. My placenta stayed attached inside my uterus, which is a condition called placenta accreta. This is a high-risk condition that happens when the placenta grows too deeply into the uterine wall. My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails.”
Kim went on to explain that during her pregnancy with Saint, she was at risk for preeclampsia and placenta acreeta and risked needing a hysterectomy if things didn’t go smoothly (thankfully, they did).

The mother-of-two’s tweet about another baby came shortly after she revealed that she and her husband are designing a children’s line — and North is already lending a helping hand by not only picking fabrics, but also modeling the designs.
