On Good Terms? Kendall Jenner’s Ex-Boyfriend A$AP Rocky Wishes Her a Happy Birthday
This is kind of sweet. Kendall Jenner celebrated her 24th birthday on November 3 and got all sorts of well-wishes from family and friends on social media to mark the special occasion. But one, in particular, stood out: her ex-boyfriend A$AP Rocky offered her a birthday message on his Instagram Story, making fans of both Kendall and the rapper take notice.
“Happy Bday Chump!” Rocky, 31, captioned an old photo of the two of them together on his Story on November 3. Kendall also reposted the photo and the message to her own Instagram just a few hours later.
The duo first sparked rumors they were dating back in July 2016. They were linked for over a year, but a source told Us Weekly in September 2017, “Kendall and ASAP weren’t seeing each other a lot. They weren’t really official but were obviously dating. Their schedules are really hard.”
However, the two did attend the 2017 Met Gala together, and seemed to have a good time hanging out with one another all those months they weren’t “exclusive.” It seems like there are no hard feelings over this breakup, especially if he’s willing to give the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star a birthday shoutout now.
Plus, there has been speculation as of late that the former couple may be dating again. They got very cozy in the Calvin Klein 50th anniversary video, and although there was no overt affection between them, the clip made fans go wild.
“F–KING KENDALL JENNER AND ASAP ROCKY ARE IN A SAME CALVIN KLEIN CAMPAIGN AND THEY HAVE A SCENE TOGETHER, YALL DONT KNOW HOW I FEEL RIGHT NOW😭😭😭😭😭😭,” said one fan on Twitter. “Waiting for the day that Kendall will date ASAP,” another wrote, and someone else added, “ASAP and Kendall would make the HOTTEST couple.” They were also spotted at Kanye West’s Sunday Service on August 4.
Kendall is notoriously more private about her personal life than some of her siblings, so we probably wouldn’t even know right away if something were going on between her and Rocky. But we can see why the ad raised some eyebrows, and it’s certainly notable that reposted the birthday wish from her ex. No matter if there’s anything going on there, we hope Kendall really enjoyed her special day!
