Joseph Duggar and Kendra Caldwell Are Enjoying Their Honeymoon in Greece
They’re living it up in Greece! It’s been one month since Joseph Duggar became a married man, and now he’s enjoying his honeymoon with his new wife, Kendra Caldwell. The newlyweds took a break from their vacation to give fans an update on how their trip — and married life — is going so far.
“We are so excited to be newlyweds now and we are on our honeymoon in Greece and [we’re] just having a great time together,” the 22-year-old told the TLC cameras, with his arm around Kendra. The young couple said they were excited to try the local Greek cuisine and they were looking forward to experiencing the culture.
On their itinerary is walking through the markets, enjoying a “Dinner in the Sky” — in which a table set for 22 people is lifted 164 feet into the air above Athens for a five-course culinary experience — and paddle boarding and parasailing off the Greek island of Santorini.
“The one thing that we’ll probably never forget about this trip is being together in another country and just getting to experience all of these new things,” Kendra said, and Joe thanked their fans for supporting them and their relationship.
Joseph and Kendra said “I do” in at the First Baptist Church in Siloam Springs, AR on Sept. 8, 2017, after only three months of courtship — and four months after Joseph popped the question at his sister Joy-Anna Duggar’s wedding to Austin Forsyth. After they exchanged wedding vows, the couple had their first kiss at the altar and they opened up about their first-ever kiss. “We are happily married now, just got done with the ceremony — had our first kiss. It was…” Joseph told the TLC cameras, and his wife finished his sentence for him. “Amazing,” Kendra said.
