So sad. 16 and Pregnant alum Jordan Cashmyer has been sent to jail twice for drug use, Radar reports. According to court papers obtained by the site, the former MTV star — who appeared on season 5 of the reality series in 2014 — was charged with one count of drug possession and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to court papers from the District Court of Maryland, police conducted a welfare check on Jordan, 22, on June 15 after her friend reported that she was unable to get in contact with the young mom-of-one.

“Defendant Cashmyer stated that she was sleeping and must not have heard her phone ringing,” the document stated. “While talking to the Defendant, Officer Muska observed a clear hypodermic syringe under the sink in the bathroom to his right.”

Radar reports that Jordan — who shares daughter Genevieve, 3, with ex Derek Taylor — told police that she had used narcotics at the location of their search, and provided the officers with one black bag and one clear bag.

“The black bag contained three clear pipes containing a burnt residue of a white powdered substance,” the document continued. “The burnt residue in the clear pipes [are] consistent with crack cocaine… The clear pipes are used to inhale narcotics.”

Police reportedly found a burnt spoon and two hypodermic syringes in the bags. “The hypodermic syringes are used to inject heroin,” the report read. “The spoon is used to burn/prepare heroin.”

Jordan was arrested. Then, on June 30, she found herself in handcuffs yet again for two counts of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. “[Her boyfriend] advised that Defendant Cashmyer had a past history of using heroin and he was concerned that she may have overdosed inside of the location,” a second report read. “Cashmyer was naked and went into the bathroom to put on clothes,” the report read. “She appeared to be under the influence of narcotics.”

After a search, police discovered that Jordan was in possession of cocaine and heroin and was then arrested. She is scheduled to appear in court for both cases on Sept. 5, 2017. In a 2014 blog post, the former stripper opened up about her battle with substance abuse before checking herself into rehab. “For the past two years, I have struggled with addiction… I practically used my body as a trashcan and would put whatever was given to me in my body,” she wrote at the time. “I got to the point where I wanted to die.”

News of Jordan’s legal troubles come just one week after it was reported that she has been working as a prostitute after fans noticed pictures of her on an escort website.
