Fans are ganging up on Jill Duggar after she shared photos of a seemingly “homophobic” book. The former Counting On star is teaching her sons about sex, even though they’re basically still babies, and the parenting police are not having it. “Want to teach your kids about the birds and the bees before someone else does, but you don’t know where to start?” she captioned the snap. “Someone in our small group told us about these books (4 book set) and we love them!” Watch the video above to find out what people are saying.

The description for The Story of Me reads: “It’s never too early to begin giving your child a practical understanding of his or her unique, beautiful body and why God designed it to be exactly the way it is.” The parts that really seemed to rub people the wrong way, though, were, “Why God wants each baby to have a mommy and a daddy” and “the specialness of being made a boy or a girl.”

Of course, it should come as no surprise that Jill and her husband, Derick Dillard, are teaching their sons this way. After all, Derick has been accused of being homophobic and transphobic in the past and it’s what caused TLC to fire him. Last year, Derick revealed his unwarranted opinion on I Am Jazz star, Jazz Jennings. “What an oxymoron… a ‘reality’ show which follows a non-reality,” he tweeted at the time. “‘Transgender’ is a myth. Gender is not fluid; it’s ordained by God.”

Since then, the father-of-two has taken aim at Nate & Jeremiah by Design stars Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent. In April, he took to his favorite platform (aka Twitter) once again and wrote, “What a travesty of family. It’s sad how blatant the liberal agenda is, such that it both highlights and celebrates a lifestyle so degrading to children on public television as if it should be normal.”

He then targeted the cast of Lost in Transition. “I really hope this is a series showing the devastation that mental illness causes, rather than presuming that these challenges are simply evidences of an improving society. #optimism.”

The 29-year-old was so out of control, in fact, that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar reportedly confronted him. A source told Radar Online, “Everything that Derick has said has caused the family bad press.” The entire family is actually said to be “pissed off” at the father-of-two because they don’t like “what he says and how he says it.” Well, it looks like the general public is now pissed off, too.
