Time to spill the beans! Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino shared that he is writing a tell-all book after his eight-month prison stay for tax evasion on Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s podcast “It’s Happening with Snooki & Joey.”

On the episode that aired on Wednesday, October 9, Snooki, 31, asked her Jersey Shore castmate, 37, what he is planning on doing now that he is a free man. “I am definitely going to write a tell-all. I am in the process of going through that avenue right now,” he told the brunette beauty. “We are thinking about starting with the recovery but then going to prison. A whole journey.”

Mike continued to say that prison made him a stronger person. “You have a choice when you get into prison – if you want to become better or bitter. It’s not as bad as everyone thinks. It’s something you can survive.” He added that there aren’t many resources in prison for those that are in recovery and that it’s up to you to better yourself.

After his experience in prison, he wants to write a tell-all to help those in need and be a “reference to positivity.” Adding that the book would teach “being your best self and helping those that struggle with the disease of addiction.”

Mike was released from federal prison back in September. “We are elated to finally close this chapter of our life. Thank you to our family, friends and fans for the continuous love and support during this time,” a rep for Mike’s wife, Lauren Sorrentino, told In Touch. “It brought us so much peace and comfort. We look forward to continuing our life as husband and wife and working on baby situations! We truly believe that the comeback is ALWAYS greater than the setback, and we can’t wait to show the world ours.”

He said that he is super happy to be free and back with friends and family. Soon after his release, he was spotted wearing a shirt that read, “The comeback is always greater than the setback” — and we have to agree! Can wait to read about his experience before he was behind bars and after.
