Briana DeJesus Confirms She and Javi Marroquin Are “Still Together” Despite Split Rumors
Over the long weekend, Teen Mom 2 couple Briana DeJesus and Javi Marroquin ignited split rumors after spending the holidays apart. However, in a recent interview with Us Weekly Bri, 23, confirmed that she and Javi, 25, did not call it quits.
“Javi and I are still together. We are making plans toward our future. Our relationship has been great thus far and I believe we both see long term potential,” she told the publication. “Only the future will tell, but we’re enjoying being together and have a great time each time we are together.”
Briana added, "Javi is also great to my kids and I appreciate that beyond belief, as I’ve struggled with my kids’ fathers being there for them. Again, any and all breakup rumors are definitely false and it’s ridiculous not spending Christmas together is what’s behind them. We each have families we had to spend Christmas with, to be clear.”
Fans started speculating that the pair were dunzo on Christmas Eve, after Javi posted a pic alongside son Lincoln, whom he co-parents with ex Kailyn Lowry, and Bri shared some snaps of her two daughters Stella and Nova. While both Christmas celebrations looked super fun, it’s pretty clear they were spent separately. “Merry Christmas from the Marroquin boys,” Javi wrote in the caption. While Bri simply wrote, “Merry Christmas,” under a smiley pic of her daughters opening their presents. Fans quickly took to the comments section to ask questions.
“Hope you and Bri are together,” one commenter wrote to Javi, “You deserve happiness and someone to treat you right. She definitely seems like she won’t take you for granted like Kale [sic] did! Happy for you guys!” Briana’s fans simply asked, “Where’s [sic] your boys??” seemingly referring to Javi and Lincoln.
While there has been no official word from either of the reality stars, there has been some epic Twitter feuding going down between Bri’s mom and Javi. Roxanne DeJesus went on a since-deleted rant on social media in which she railed her daughter’s man. "How many times can you say 'I'm being deployed' and not get deployed," she said. "Stop using deployment as a tool for sympathy. But it's a good storyline. GTFOH [sic]…"

But, weirdly enough, all of this drama comes shortly after Briana teased a future pregnancy with Javi. When a fan tweeted, “I think Bri is pregnant, but that’s my opinion,” the 23-year-old quickly quipped back, “Not yet.” Well, even though that Twitter exchange took place just weeks ago, it looks like these lovebirds may have called it quits.
