It’s a definite possibility that Jackson Roloff just might be the cutest lil thing on reality TV. But when it comes to Instagram, there’s actually one thing that tops pictures and videos of him — and that’s pictures and videos of him with his dog, Murphy. Recently, mom Tori Roloff shared a clip of the two cuddling, and our hearts pretty much melted out of our chests. The boy and his dog are just seriously adorable together. Tori and her husband Zach Roloff haven’t had their pup for too long just yet. They only got their furry little friend a few months ago, back in July, but it’s clear that he immediately fit right in with the fam. And ever since then, Jackson and Murphy have been BFFs. But he’s not the only family member who’s a fan. Audrey Roloff also loves the pup, and immediately commented, “I’m coming over,” when the Roloffs shared the first photos of Murphy. But no one loves him more than Tori herself. Though dealing with a puppy and a toddler is no easy feat, she took to Instagram earlier this month to share how happy she is to have them both.

“Sometimes I wonder why I do this to myself,” she wrote. “All the extra stress and work that comes along with having a puppy and a toddler. Yesterday I was reminded of why. Murphy ate something he wasn’t supposed to… as puppies do… and it made him really sick. He spent all day throwing up and we thought he may have to have surgery to remove it. It’s sad that it takes something going wrong for me to realize what I have and how grateful I should be for them every second of the day. No matter how crazy Murphy drives me he is a part of our family. Thank the lord it all passed and he did not need surgery! He is back to his durphy happy self and I’m grateful! 💙 love you murph durph.”

We’re glad that Jackson and Murphy get to grow up together — especially because Baby J didn’t get that with Tori and Zach’s last dog, Inspector Sullivan, who passed away before their son was born. “We always saw our family of four romping together at the farm. I always saw Baby J tugging and pulling on Sul and running through fields together,” Tori admitted on Instagram after Sully died. “Jackson won’t get to meet his big brother, but we know he is looking over us and Jackson has his very own guardian angel in the sky.” Now, he’s got one IRL, too. Baby J may not have gotten to meet Sully, but his love for Murphy warms our hearts.
