Heather Locklear’s Dad Bill Expresses Concern For Actress: ‘No, She’s Not OK’ (EXCLUSIVE)

In the wake of her recent meltdown and arrests, Heather Locklear’s dad, Bill Locklear, seems truly worried about her well-being. The former Melrose Place actress was reportedly put on an involuntary 5150 hold on Nov. 18, after allegedly assaulting her boyfriend, Chris Heisser.

When asked how Heather is doing, her father tells In Touch exclusively: “No. she’s not OK.” Before police took her into custody that day, the 57-year-old was reportedly standing half-dressed and belligerent in her driveway. Heather had allegedly locked herself in the bedroom of her home with her little dog, Mister, and by the time her friends returned after seeking help, she was outside of her home wearing nothing but a thong and tank top, “freaking out about everyone leaving.”

“They finally got her into bed, but shortly after, she woke up screaming, ‘Help me!’” a source close to the actress revealed. “They thought she cut herself or attempted suicide. But she just wanted her dog.” Heather was allegedly becoming agitated by the time cops arrived, so they put her in cuffs before placing her in a waiting ambulance. Sources tell In Touch she was originally taken to Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, CA, but was later transferred to The Villa Treatment Center in Woodland Hills.

Earlier this year, Heather found herself in trouble again after she reportedly bit Chris on the nose in a drunken state on Feb. 25. “When she drinks a certain amount, she just unloads,” Chris’ father Peter Heisser previously told In Touch. “She has a very quick temper, and I don’t know that she realizes what she’s doing in that situation. Chris took Heather a couple times to [rehab], and she stays for a certain period of time. But she gets anxious and wants to come home. It’s difficult. It hasn’t changed.”
