Christina El Moussa is speaking out. The star of Flip or Flop has broken her silence for the first time since her estranged husband Tarek filed for divorce last week.

The newly controversial reality star shared a picture of her daughter, Taylor, 6, and wrote, “A lot going on lately… But making time for what’s important is what’s really important.”

She and Tarek are also parents to one-year-old Brayden.

This comes shortly after In Touch revealed that Christina already moved on with her new boyfriend, Gary Anderson. As In Touch exclusively revealed, Tarek was suspicious that Christina was texting another man while the two were still married. Gary and Christina met in 2015 when he was hired as a contractor to do work on their personal pool. The reality star immediately took a liking to the older, wealthy divorcée.

“Christina grew close to Gary. Tarek was suspicious that she was getting involved with someone but had no concrete evidence,” a source told In Touch. That later changed when “Tarek saw Christina’s phone and believed there was some inappropriate texting going on between Christina and Gary.

However, in a statement to In Touch, both Tarek and Christina deny that they were talking to other people during their marriage.

“Neither of us was involved in a romantic relationship with any third party prior to our separation, or believes the other was,” they said.

While Christina and Tarek are now technically free to date whomever they want, a source close to HGTV recently told In Touch that the network is threatening to make them stay together for the sake of ratings.

“This is getting really ugly,” the network source explained to In Touch, exclusively. “HGTV is livid with Tarek and Christina. Flip or Flop just won’t be the same if they’re not together, so execs desperately want them to reunite to save the show. If they can’t do that, the network wants to make it seem like they’re getting along, at least until their contract is over. They were given an ultimatum: Either finish out your contracts or we’ll take you to court [for breach of contract]. The network basically said, ‘You guys need to work together, be seen together as a family, walk down the street together.’”
