Jinger Duggar Ignores Mom-Shamers And Shows Off Beaming Felicity In Adorable Snap
She may have faced mom-shaming in the past, but Jinger Duggar‘s not going to let that stop her from posting pictures of her gorgeous daughter, Felicity. In a recent Instagram snap, the reality star shared a new photo of the little girl in a bright yellow bow and floral onesie, and it’s so cute that it may as well be made of sunshine. Jinger even left comments enabled on the post, though recently she’s played with turning them off to keep the criticism at bay.
The other day, though, all she could focus was on Felicity’s enormous grin as the baby beamed back up at her mom. “Ah!! So smiley,” Jing captioned the pic, adding the hashtags #ourlittleangel, #allsmiles, and #cantstopstaringather. She’s not letting anything stop her from enjoying time with her little one — and luckily, fans had plenty of love to share in the comments. “She is always so precious every time I see her,” wrote one fan. “You both have a beautiful little girl, and quite happy too!”
Lately, the Counting On star has been having a tough time with all of the mommy-shaming she gets. And the Duggar girls get a lot of mommy-shaming. “[Jinger] feels like she’s constantly getting mom-shamed since she had Felicity,” a source revealed to Hollywood Life. “She had no idea it was going to be this bad. Jinger is doing her best to let ignore the negativity and focus on the positive, but it’s hard… It’s making her think twice about sharing pictures of Felicity.”
She does have good thing going for her, though, which is having hubby Jeremy Vuolo on her side. “The mom-shaming is very hurtful… But Jeremy is urging her not to let the haters win. There are so many wonderful fans that love seeing their beautiful daughter, and it would be a shame to deprive them of that joy.”
The Duggars are far from perfect — you don’t have to tell us that. But the moms seriously get shamed for anything they do. And Jinger letting her daughter wear a big bow is hardly the same as Jill Duggar‘s recipes all including four cans of cream of mushroom soup and 12 bouillon cubes. We wish people could learn to let the silly things go, but if not, maybe Jinger can go to the school of Jessa Duggar and learn how to clap back in sassy comments of her own.
