Sofia Vergara, Millie Bobby Brown, and More Celebs Who Rocked the 2017 Emmys Red Carpet
She came to slay, OK? Millie Bobby Brown — the breakout star of Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things — stunned on the 2017 Emmys red carpet in LA on Sunday, Sept. 17. The 13-year-old UK native attended the award show wearing a gorgeous, white, strapless, tea-length gown and we are so obsessed.
With her hair pulled back into a tight bun and minimal makeup, Millie honestly looked like a straight-up angel/ballerina hybrid when she posed for photographers. However, the young actress gave her ethereal look a little edge with black nail polish.
It’s no surprise that Millie came dressed to the nines at this year’s Emmys. Since becoming a household name thanks to her role as Eleven on Stranger Things, she has reveled in the perks of being famous — namely, brushing shoulders with the fashion industry’s most notable names. It was only days ago that Millie attended several shows during New York Fashion Week, including Calvin Klein’s, where she sat front row next to Paris Jackson and Brooke Shields.
Millie recently opened up to Teen Vogue about her personal style and revealed why you will never see her sporting any skin-baring ensembles. “I’ve never been one of those girls who dresses provocatively,” she said. “It’s just not me. I keep it as appropriate as possible. I wear tons of shorts and sneakers.”
Millie isn’t the only one who wowed us on the red carpet Sunday night. Sofia Vergara also looked better than ever in a curve-hugging, white dress. In fact, she kind of gave us major bridal vibes. Is she trying to relive her wedding to husband Joe Manganiello? The genetically blessed duo tied the knot in November 2015, but it looks like she’s ready to walk down the aisle again. (TBH, if Joe was our man, we wouldn’t mind marrying him over and over either.)
