Look at her go! Ember Roloff is already learning to drive, and we’re just wondering where the time went. It seems like just yesterday she was still a baby sitting on her dad Jeremy Roloff‘s lap. Wait, she’s still a baby sitting on her dad Jeremy’s lap? And she’s driving? Okay, now this we have to see, because it sounds too cute to be real. And, believe us, it almost is. Watch the video above to see the adorable clip of Ember getting some practice behind the wheel

So she’s not actually driving yet, but Ember is growing up before our eyes. In just about a month, she’ll turn one, which of course has mom Audrey Roloff scrambling to throw her first birthday party together. “I can’t believe I have an 11 month old now?!” Auj wrote on Instagram earlier this week. “LIKE HOW.” And the family has alredy done a lot together in that time — not least of all starring in Little People, Big World, though they recently decided to leave the show

In the last few weeks alone while on vacation in Michigan with the rest of the Roloff family, the smiling little girl cut three more teeth and even took her first few steps! She’s also been swimming, to the state fair, and has worn some of the most stylish baby outfits we’ve ever seen. She may still be pretty much bald, but she’s definitely a beautiful baby.

You are pure joy. Your dimples and that scrunched nose smile, your cute little wrist wave, watching you eat watermelon, your determination, the baby grunts, how your whole body tenses up with excitement when when Pine the kitty walks in the room, your slobbery open mouth kisses, your belly laugh when Dad plays peekaboo with you, the way you cuddle your fox stuffed animal and burrow your head in my chest when you’re tired. It’s all just too much to handle. Grace upon grace. You are the biggest blessing and the sweetest girl Ember Jean. I love you always, always more. #emberjean pc: @jeremyroloff

Her parents have made pretty big progress in their lives, too. Not only have they turned in their final manuscript edits for their upcoming book, Love Letter Life, they also debuted the cover on their Instagram. “The book is essentially our love story,” they shared on Facebook in March. “We are spilling never before told tales from our dating journey and all the ups and downs and ins and outs of our love story. The pages are filling up with our failures and successes, what we learned from dating and long distance, and how we prepared more for our marriage than our wedding.” We can’t wait to get our hands on it.
