New gig alert! 90 Day Fiancé star Colt Johnson has a starring role in Alex Winston’s music video for her single “Miss U 1000000,” which premiered on Thursday, August 1. In the beginning, Colt forms a connection with the singer and they soon meet up in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Colt, 34, eventually picks up Alex from the airport with a bouquet of flowers and they go sightseeing on their way back to his Sin City abode. Once they arrive home, the two are greeted by his mother, Debbie Johnson. But that’s not all: his cat Cookie Dough also makes a cameo.
“I was so thrilled when Colt, Debbie, and Cookie Dough agreed to be in the video,” Alex revealed in a statement shared with In Touch. “We had a great time shooting this and spending the day with them. I’ve made so many music videos over the years, and this was definitely my favorite one to shoot.” After hearing about the TLC alum’s appearance, several fans shared their thoughts in the comment section.
“Funny, entertaining, and a pretty good song,” one wrote. “Who knew 90 Days Fiancé would introduce me to such a cool song! Congratulations to whomever had the idea,” another added. “I am here for Colt, and I think is well produced music, and video. I hope that everyone had fun doing it,” a third chimed in. The reality star also took to Instagram with a statement of his own.
Colt shared a new photo of himself from the video and expressed his gratitude in the caption. “I had a great time collaborating with Alex Winston @iamalexwinston with her new song Miss U 1000000,” he wrote. “Check it out and her other songs on YouTube at AlexWinstonMusic.”
Alex also revealed that Colt and his ex-wife, Larissa Dos Santos Lima, were her favorite couple on the show, so that’s why she recreated the airport scene. A great example of when art imitates life!
