She's on the mend. Catelynn Lowell and husband Tyler Baltierra recently made an appearance on Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry's podcast, Coffee Convos, and the Teen Mom OG stars shared a few updates on their lives, including news on Catelynn's mental health medication and their plans for having more babies. Cate explained that she had undergone special genetic testing and found out some interesting information about herself and her mental health. Check out the video above for more details.

In a recent episode of Teen Mom OG, Tyler explained to producers on the hit MTV show how difficult it's been for Catelynn to recover from her difficult pregnancies. "Unfortunately for Cate, every single pregnancy she’s had has had some sort of trauma with it," he said. "Letting go for Carly, with Nova postpartum. That miscarriage was one of the most traumatic things she's ever dealt with."

Catelynn first checked herself into a rehabilitation facility after experiencing suicidal thoughts, which was documented on the show. "I'm on my way to the airport," she said on a phone call to her mother-in-law during a previous episode. "Cause I'm going to treatment." When her mother-in-law asked, "What made this decision, honey?" Cate responded, "I contemplated every single way that I could kill myself today." Tyler's mother added, "Honey! You're a great mother, a great wife, and we're going to be praying for you every day!"

She then checked herself into another rehab stint later on in the year, and people speculated that it was a 30-day program. Now that she has her medication in order, it appears as though Cate is in a much better place with her mental health. In fact, she recently shared a positive message on Instagram. "I am enough," the image read. "I am full of sparkle and compassion. I genuinely want to make the world a better place. I love hard. I practice kindness. I'm not afraid of the truth. I am loyal, adventurous, supportive, and surprising. I am a woman. I am enough. I make mistakes, but I own them and learn from them. Sometimes I make a lot of mistakes." Cate included the emojis "❤️?????," in her caption, showing that she has a new, positive outlook on life.
