Time to boss up! Season 2 of VH1’s hit reality TV series, Cartel Crew, is returning on October 7, and fans will get to continue to watch the stars’ journey of life after narcos. Michael Blanco, Marie Ramirez De Arellano, Kat “Tatu Baby” Flores, Stephanie Acevedo, Loz Oliveros, Nicole and Michael Zavala and Dayana all return for another season, but there are some new cast members that will no doubt shake things up. Watch In Touch’s exclusive super trailer for season 2 of Cartel Crew above.

This season, Michael is making boss moves into the legal marijuana business, which may be dangerous because of his past in the drug industry. “My mother would be proud,” Michael said about his late mother, Griselda Blanco, a.k.a the Cocaine Godmother. But Michael’s girlfriend, Marie, is facing some legal issues of her own.

“My brother called the cops on me,” Marie said in the clip. When asked about her charges, she said she was facing domestic violence and battery. The trailer then cut to a scene where Marie found out that she is facing a sentence of 30 days in jail.

“The thought of me having to go to jail and you staying behind with the baby. I can’t think about leaving the baby. I don’t want to go back,” Marie told Michael as she broke down in tears. But Michael proved he’s her ride or die. “Listen to me, I don’t give a f—k what we spend, you’re not doing no jail time,” he told her, promising to help her fight the charges.

Meanwhile, Dayana is focusing on her relationship with her children after being away from them while she served three years in prison. In a scene, she has the difficult conversation with her kids about their father’s 14-year prison sentence. Her kids were visibly upset, but Dayana promised to save up money so that she can bring them to visit their dad.

Fans will also learn more about Loz’s estranged relationship with his baby mama, Yolanda and their daughter. In one scene, Yolanda told Loz’s costar, Kat, that he doesn’t pay child support for their child or help take care of her.

Last season’s villain, Nicole, is finding herself lucky in the love department. She recently started dating NBA player Torrey Craig and in one scene, she revealed that she’s trying to have a baby with her new beau.

While Nicole is looking forward to the future with someone new, Kat is revisiting the past with her former flame, Eddie Soto. Since they share a child together, Kat allowed Eddie back into her life after he was recently released from prison after serving a three-year sentence on drug charges.

Later this season, fans will also be introduced to new cast members Mike “Majix” Yuen, Ali Cabrera Tapia, and Salomé Jackson.

Cartel Crew premieres on VH1 on Monday, October 7th at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.
