He should have been more careful with her! Cardi B‘s estranged husband Offset is doing everything he can to beg and plead for forgiveness after she publicly announced that they were separated and heading for a divorce earlier this month — from crying out on Twitter to publicly apologizing for his alleged cheating on Instagram. But now, Offset made one of his most grandiose displays of affection yet — he crashed the stage at Cardi’s performance at the Rolling Loud Festival in LA on Saturday, Dec. 15, and Cardi defended her hubby after fans dragged him for it on Instagram.
According to fan-shot footage, Offset walked out on stage after he revealed a flower display that spelled out the message: “Take Me Back, Cardi.” “I wanna tell you I’m sorry bruh, in front of the world. I love you,” Offset, 27, told his wife.
But Cardi looked upset and she sent Offset and the flower display offstage so she could perform — and she took to Instagram shortly after her set to defend her man from fans who were making fun of Offset for his actions. Scroll through the gallery to find out what she had to say!
“Violating my baby’s father is not going to make me feel any better because, at the end of the day, that’s still family,” Cardi, 26, said in a video clip on Instagram. “Unfortunately, we’re going through things and it’s not private, it became public and I just want things to die down. I just need time so we could see eye to eye. I can’t predict the future, I don’t know. But the whole coming at my baby father bulls–t, that doesn’t make me feel any better.”

But that doesn’t mean she wants to get back together.
“So I know I see a lot of people bashing me because I’m defending my baby father, they’re thinking I’m gonna get back together with him,” Cardi said in another Instagram video clip. “I’m not saying that I’m gonna get back together with him.”

She doesn’t like online bullying in general.
“I just don’t like that bashing online thing,” Cardi continued.

She brought up Pete Davidson as an example.
“Just earlier, you just saw how Pete Davidson was talking about how he don’t even wanna be on this earth because mad people be coming at him every single day,” Cardi said. “I wouldn’t want my baby father to have that feeling because millions of people be bashing him every day. That’s a nasty feeling and I wouldn’t want that.”

Because Kulture only has one daddy.
“God could give me and bring me the most perfect, glamorous, fabulous man — that perfect, fabulous, glamorous, perfect man is not going to love my child the same way her father loves my child,” Cardi explained.

And she knows what it feels like.
“So I don’t like that bulls–t because I know how painful it is when you have millions of people bashing you every single day,” Cardi said. “I don’t like that.”

So leave her baby daddy alone!
“And it doesn’t make me feel any better,” she said. “Period.”
