Their family is big — and their hearts are even bigger! OutDaughtered stars Adam and Danielle Busby are no strangers to the effects of the countless hurricanes that have made landfall in the United States — Danielle’s mother, Mimi, lost nearly everything in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. But now the reality stars and parents-of-six are giving back to their community and those hit hardest by the storm — by donating $75,000 worth of toys to people afffected by the hurricane. Watch the video to learn more!

The stars of Outdaughtered partnered with edcuational toy company Learning Resources to help make this incredible feat a reality. With the storms affecting the Houston area, many children in the area have been out of school — the toys will not only help the little ones learn, but will also bring smiles to their faces during this time of need. “Today was just a day to get kids together, who may have lost all their toys along with other belongings in their house. And just to give them a place to come, have [their] community, have some lunch, and just be kids again,” Danielle explained.

Adam continued, explaining that after Harvey hit, “it was very clear to both of us that there was an immediate need in this area. And there are some people in this area, who have lost so much. And one of those things is kids who lost their toys… And what better things can you do to put a smile on a kids’ face than brand new toys?!”
