Was it a less-than-amicable split? Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk ended their relationship, and a source told In Touch exclusively that the former couple was really not getting along before they broke up. The insider dished, “The fighting has gotten so bad that Bradley’s been known to storm out and disappear off for hours, sometimes days, leaving Irina at home.”

The source continued, “The bottom line is they’re both very different people and looks only take you so far. They don’t only fight about the big things, something as small as not putting a glass in the dishwasher can set them off when they’re in a bad mood. There’s a lot of built up emotion!” Sounds like this split may have been coming for longer than any of us realized.

On June 3, In Touch reported that the couple was likely headed toward a breakup. One insider revealed of the 44-year-old actor and 33-year-old model, “Bradley and Irina have been on the verge of splitting for months but have tried to make it work for the sake of their daughter. They both have busy lives and careers which has made the process very long and drawn out. He is fully immersed in his work.”

The source continued, “Bradley and Irina never had a strong foundation to begin with. They have very little in common and to be honest, their relationship was based on mutual physical attraction. That’s about it! I have been around them many times and seen them barely speak to each other.” Awkward.

Another insider exclusively told In Touch around the same time, “Bradley’s strained relationship with Irina is starting to show. Their body language alone has been buzzed about by their closest friends, but now it seems that they’re finally coming to an understanding. They love each other, but romance is all but gone. To say that Bradley and Irina’s relationship has been uneasy is an understatement. Their main connection is their gorgeous daughter, Lea De Seine. But that’s not going to keep them together.” Sadly, it did not. We hope the couple is able to be more amicable when it comes to coparenting their little girl.
