It’s Gary time — and Javi time! Back in November, MTV revealed that Teen Mom 2 bae Javi Marroquin would be getting his own Being special, and it finally has a premiere date. But he’s not alone! Amber Portwood‘s baby daddy, Gary Shirley, has his own airing just one week later.
According to MTV, “Javi balances being a single dad half the time and deciding if he should start dating again; the possibility of future deployment leads him to throw himself into a CrossFit competition while trying to build a happy life.”
Fans can barely keep up with Javi’s on-again, off-again romance with fellow TM2 star Briana DeJesus. Most recently, however, it appears the two are back on! The mother-of-two had a breast lift with implant exchange, a tummy tuck, and another Brazilian butt life. According to the social media-famous surgeon, Dr. Miami, the pregnancy weight caused her booty to become “too wide” and not proportional to her body. When asked if he was going to take care of the reality star, Javi responded, “I will” in the short clip shared on the social media platform.
Unfortunately, MTV hasn’t released Gar-Bear’s description yet. However, if we had to guess, we bet it’ll be about balancing life with his two daughters — and how he handled the news that his ex is expecting!
Although TMOG cameras show Gary and Amber co-parenting rather well, the former couple recently [went at it on Twitter]http://www.intouchweekly.com/posts/teen-mom-og-amber-portwood-gary-shirley-twitter-feud-151457). During their social media war, Gary — who shares daughter Leah, 9, with Amber — retweeted a message from a fan who described the 16 and Pregnant alum as a “disgrace to all moms out there.” Clearly hurt by Gary’s endorsement of such a cruel remark, Amber clapped back with a heated tweet of her own.
“Make sure to watch Gary and Kristina tonight talking s–t about me! It must be hard making money off of me! Being such a bad mom and all,” Amber wrote. “Where would they be? Wait… in a one bedroom shack in the ghetto of Anderson where he was before I got out and the show came back on!! Ignorant!” Yikes — here’s to hoping we find out how this all plays out when Being Gary premieres later this month!
Being Javi airs Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 8 p.m. EST on MTV.
