This is so cute! Audrey Roloff shared videos of her seven-month-old daughter, Ember Roloff, learning how to say “hi,” and they will seriously melt your heart. Check out the video above to see the precious clips.

Audrey, Ember, and Jeremy Roloff are currently on vacation in Maui, HI, and they’re documenting the entire trip on Instagram. From lounging on the beach to attending a luau, it looks like the Little People, Big World family is having a blast — and Ember is enjoying every second of it. Over the last week, the baby girl has had plenty of “first” experiences, from flying for the first time, to playing in the sand. “Ember got a sandy bum and salty toes for the first time!” Audrey wrote on Instagram. “She loved it! Especially the taste of sand… We are cherishing this much needed sunshine and time as a family away from the tyranny of the urgent. We have such a tender spot in our hearts for this island in the middle of the pacific. Have any of you ever been to Maui?! What are your favorite beaches, waterfalls, or things to do!”

Even though fans love keeping up with Ember’s adventures, they can’t seem to get over Audrey’s post-baby beach bod! “Omg you just had a baby (I think less than a year ago) and you’re in perfect shape. How?” one user commented on the pics. “Wow! @audreyroloff looks amazing losing and getting back to shape!” another wrote.

But life after having Ember hasn’t always been easy for the new mom. Audrey has opened up several times about her battle with mastitis — an inflammation of the breast that’s caused by an infection — in the first few months of motherhood. “Just a little encouragement for anyone struggling on their breastfeeding journey,” the 26-year-old wrote on Instagram. “I was only able to pump MAYBE one ounce the first two months after having Ember. I fed 15 hours of my day and it hurt and was so hard. But here we are at five months pumping eight ounces like it’s nothing [sic].”

In another video, Auj explained, “It took me a solid two months, maybe two and a half months before I really started to see an increase in my supply and breastfeeding became a lot easier.” She continued, “Since delivering Ember, I struggled with mastitis on and off. I was severely engorged. On top of that, Ember had a really severe tongue tie that we had to get surgically fixed about two or three weeks after she was born. Before that, I was having a lot of blistering and bruising.”

Good thing Audrey has had Jeremy by her side to help her overcome it all! We hope the couple is getting some much needed rest and relaxation on their trip.
