This is just so awkward. Anna Duggar has kept her social media mostly clear of Josh (besides a few posts) ever since it was revealed that he molested his younger sisters as a teenager, and cheated on her as an adult. However, on July 5 she took to Instagram to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the day they got engaged, and her message has fans fuming.

Josh Duggar kisses Anna on 10th engagement anniversary.

“June was an exciting month for our family: Marcus, Michael and I are are officially a year older, and Josh and I celebrated our 10-year engagement anniversary!” she wrote alongside a slideshow of photos of her kids, and a pic of Josh kissing her head. “The past 10 years have been a wonderful adventure. So thankful for God’s redeeming grace and His blessings to us along the way, especially our five M’s!”

Some fans were beyond furious to hear the things Josh put Anna through described as a “wonderful adventure,” and they didn’t hold back criticizing her for it. “What about this has been a wonderful adventure? You have options and there’s still time for you to grab those kids and GET OUT,” wrote one fan. Another said, “wonderful 10 years? Sorry but there’s something wrong with you.” Another chimed in to agree, saying, “Lol wow what a wonderful adventure being cheated on by a man that molested his sisters. Lucky lady.”

Anna’s supporters quickly came to defend her. “I’m so sorry people say such hurtful things. You are so beautiful inside and out,” said a fan. “I can’t imagine how hard it was for you to get to where you are today. I think forgiveness is such a wonderful thing. It shows how strong you are and it is a beautiful example of how God loves us.” Many simply ignored the controversy and instead focused on the cute pics of her kids, writing, “beautiful family.” It doesn’t look like Anna isn’t planning to change things any time soon, so we may as well get used to seeing him on her timeline.
