Between the premarital sex and racy photos, we didn’t think there was much else that ~rebellious~ cousin Amy Duggar could do to upset her ultra-conservative extended family! As it turns out, we thought wrong. Well, sort of.

While Amy and her husband, Dillon King, didn’t actually get a divorce, the 31-year-old recently opened up about the possibility of ending her marriage. “After my mom and dad’s divorce, I was so scared,” Amy confessed to Radar Online. “Dillon and I would argue. I thought, oh my gosh, we’re going to get divorced.”

The reality star continued that she and Dillon suffered from an extreme lack of communication that played a large role in their marital troubles. “Communication is one of those things where it just takes time to learn each other. We thought we could just do it on our own,” Amy explained. “Dillon didn’t know where I was coming from,” she added.

Thanks to the couple’s appearance on Marriage Boot Camp in 2017, they were able to work through their issues. “Marriage Boot Camp kind of helped us just focus on us and fix the rough patches,” Amy said. “We are better than ever now.” See, who says reality television can’t strengthen a marriage?!

If only it could mend broken families. Apparently, Amy has been ex-communicated from her former Duggar cohorts. A source told Radar Online that "Amy is not allowed to talk about the Duggars anymore." Yikes! With drama like that, it’s no wonder she’s dead set on making her marriage work.
